Can I return my order?

Roze Cosmetics will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging within 14 days following delivery. No exchange or refund will be issued for products returned in open or damaged packaging.

Roze Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

For eligible refunds, Roze Cosmetics will refund the purchase cost of the product(s), minus shipping and handling fees, within 7 business days.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure that the package arrives safely at our warehouse. If your returned order is lost during transit and there is no tracking for the package, Roze Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for the return and may be unable to refund you or offer you an exchange.

Can I arrange an exchange or a refund after returning my order?

Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will notify you by email in order to discuss your options for receiving an exchange or a refund.

Products not in accordance with the order or defective

If you have received a product different from the one you ordered, a damaged product or a defective product, we kindly ask you to provide us with the details (with photo) within 14 days of receipt. We will check whether an exchange is possible and provide you with the instructions to follow accordingly. To do so, please include your order confirmation number in the subject of your email so that we can easily locate your order and process your request quickly.

Missing items
