Can I cancel my order?
Roze Cosmetics strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible from the time the order is received. Therefore, no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation where possible.
All emails regarding cancellations must be titled "Cancel Order" in the email subject line. Please include your full name and your order number in the body of the message.
Cancellations that are not titled in this way will not be refunded.
Can I return my order and exchange or refund it?
Roze Cosmetics will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition. No refund will be issued for products that have been opened or that are returned damaged.
Roze Cosmetics will refund the purchase price of the product(s), minus shipping and handling fees.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If the purchased product is defective or if you believe it does not conform to the advertisement, please email us at hello@roze-cosmetics.com before returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@roze-cosmetics.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Products offered as a gift with purchase cannot be exchanged and are not refundable.
Can I change my address?
As we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, we do not accept any address changes after your order has been placed. All address change requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation where possible.
All emails regarding an address change must be titled "Address Change" in the email subject line. Please include your full name, your order number and the corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our best to update your details before your order is shipped.
Address change emails not titled in this way will not be processed.
What should I do if my order is held by local customs?
If your order is held by customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs office and arrange the customs clearance of their order. Roze Cosmetics is not required to contact customs officials, nor to refund orders that are refused by local customs and returned to Roze Cosmetics.
Will I be charged import taxes?
Import taxes are at the discretion of each country and are beyond our control. The following countries are considered as not belonging to the European Union and may choose to charge an import tax on our orders:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Can I add / remove a product or change the shipping method?
Once the order has been submitted, we cannot modify the shipping type or change / add products to your order.
Postage / shipping:
If your package is marked as "delivered" by the local postal service, but you do not physically have your package, it is the customer’s responsibility, not Roze Cosmetics’, to contact the local postal service to follow up on the issue. If the local postal service and the customer are unable to resolve the discrepancy, Roze Cosmetics is not required to refund or reship your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Can I use a P.O. box in my shipping address?
If you choose a courier service to ship your order, your shipping address must be a postal address and must contain a mobile phone number so that the courier service can call you if necessary to confirm delivery. If your order is shipped by regular mail, you may use a P.O. box in your address.
How to pay?
You can pay for your order online by credit card.

When you accept these terms and conditions, your phone number is automatically added to the Roze Cosmetics members’ messaging list. This allows you to be kept informed about new arrivals, offers, promotions and products. You may unsubscribe at any time.
